A Joint Contribution to the Community Through Humanitarian Activities
UM Impact Day is a global initiative of the UM marketing agencies network that was marked this year on July 10th around the world. On that day, all UM teams united to leave a positive mark on the communities where they live and work. UM marketing agencies operating in Southeast Europe within the AMA Group have shown in various ways that every contribution, even the smallest, can be the beginning of a great change, inviting others to join the mission of making a positive impact on society.
Employees at UM Beograd visited the Blood Transfusion Institute of Serbia, which is in the neighborhood of the agency’s new business premises, on Svetog Save street in Belgrade.

“We are extremely proud of our team at UM Beograd for embracing Impact Day with such dedication and purpose. This year, in addition to donating blood, we used our expertise and media resources to launch a campaign with the Blood Transfusion Institute of Serbia to raise awareness about the importance of such a humanitarian act. A big thank you to our partners, the companies Alma Quatro and DPC, who provided billboard space and support. This truly embodies the spirit of UM, a powerful collective goodwill that creates impact and positive changes,” said Predrag Guberinić, Managing Director of the UM Beograd agency.

UM Zagreb and UM Sofia also joined the voluntary blood donation drive and promotional campaigns in their cities, which emphasizes the regional commitment to this humanitarian act. UM Sarajevo marked Impact Day through cleanup and beautification actions in several parks in the Novo Sarajevo municipality. UM Skopje visited the local pet shelter “Lajka” and donated food and essential supplies, while simultaneously raising awareness about the importance of dog adoption and responsible pet ownership. On July 10th, UM Tirana spread positive emotions through 20 different messages in high-traffic areas designed to make passersby smile and encourage them to look on the brighter side of things. They also printed messages on cards which they distributed along with chocolates.

UM Impact Day is a global initiative of the UM agency network that is celebrated in more than 50 countries. On that day, over 3,200 employees in UM agencies participated in various actions, thereby confirming their commitment to the well-being of the community and the local environment.
